Shipping Policy

Each order is made fresh after it is placed. Our coffee is roasted to order, and labels are printed on demand, which means your order is not pulled from a warehouse shelf. This process helps ensure your coffee arrives fresh and at peak flavor.

Order Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or carrier delays. Because every order is custom roasted and prepared after purchase, processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days within the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

This estimate includes both:

  • Roast-to-order processing time
  • Carrier transit time

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on the size, weight, destination, and best available shipping method for the package.

In general:

  • Single 12 oz bags may ship via USPS First-Class Mail
  • Multiple-bag orders may ship via USPS Priority Mail
  • Larger orders may ship via UPS Ground

The final carrier and shipping method are selected based on what is best for the order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, tracking information will be provided.

Please note that tracking may show “pre-shipment” before the carrier scans the package. This means the label has been created, but the package may still be awaiting pickup or its first carrier scan.

Order Changes

Because orders move quickly into production, changes must be requested as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be modified.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Because every order is roasted and prepared after purchase, faster shipping does not eliminate the required production and roasting time.

International Shipping

International shipping is not avaible 

Freshness Notice

Our coffee is roasted only after your order is received. This means your order takes a little longer to prepare, but it ensures you receive fresh coffee that is not pre-roasted or sitting on a shelf.

We believe fresh-roasted coffee is worth the wait.
