Steel Toe Coffee Supply sells coffee and related products through our online store.
Our coffee is roasted and prepared to order. Because each order is custom prepared after purchase, product availability, roast profiles, packaging, labels, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information on our website is complete, current, or error-free.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information.
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. If payment is declined, incomplete, or flagged as suspicious or fraudulent, we may delay, cancel, or refuse the order.
Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping, it may not be changed or canceled.
4. Roast-to-Order Processing
Our coffee is roasted after your order is received. This means your coffee is not pre-roasted and sitting on a warehouse shelf.
Because of this process, orders require time for roasting, packaging, labeling, and fulfillment before shipment. Processing times may vary due to order volume, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Steel Toe Coffee Supply is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, weather delays, incorrect shipping information, customs delays, or other issues caused by the carrier or events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because coffee is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns on coffee. Please do not send coffee products back to us.
Refunds, replacements, or credits may be offered at our discretion depending on the situation.
If an issue is caused by incorrect customer-provided information, the customer may be responsible for the cost of replacement.
If an issue is caused by an error on our end, we will work to make it right.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and product.
If a package is marked as delivered but is missing, stolen, or not received, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis. We may recommend that you contact the shipping carrier or file a carrier claim where applicable.
Steel Toe Coffee Supply is not responsible for stolen packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. International Orders
International shipping may be available where offered at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
International delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. International orders are not refundable once shipped.
9. Pricing and Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.
We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product description errors, or other inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an order is affected by an error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
10. Subscriptions
If subscription products are offered, you agree that your selected payment method may be charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription schedule you choose.
You are responsible for managing, updating, pausing, or canceling your subscription before the next billing date.
Once a subscription order has processed, entered production, or shipped, it may not be canceled, refunded, or changed for that shipment.

You may be required to create an account or provide certain information to place an order.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
